"Dear Exciting Lighting Company,

I would just like to write to let you know that I find your customer service exceptional.

I purchased a Lighting Panel from you earlier this year. When the panel was delivered, it was slightly damaged which I believe was caused during transit. I contacted you to advise, but said the damage was minor and we could live with it.

Upon fitting the panel there was a loose connection to one of the LEDs. I contacted you again and was advised un be known to us that you had already arranged a new replacement Lighting Panel. The lady in question insisted on supplying us with a new LED connector in the interim, although I said that this was fine as you were replacing the panel.

The fact that I was ok to wait, but your staff  were more concerned about the inconvenience to me, speaks volumes about your company.

I would just like to say it is an absolute pleasure to do business with you and I would highly recommend you, not only for your products but your values as a company.

"just e-mailing to let you know that I have fitted my lighting panel and I love it. I was slightly worried about having to fit it myself, but like you said it was very easy and although I had to draft my brother in to help, it was only due to the size of the panel for handling rather than any difficulty with the electrics!

The instructions were very clear and I could definitely have fitted it by myself if the panel wasn't so large. If you can rewire a plug and use a drill, you can fit a lighting panel.

It is a real feature in the house and due to it being flush to the ceiling makes the room appear larger, a great help in these new build houses as they do tend to skimp on the dimensions !

I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who wants something that little bit "different" for their home."

"I received my WAVE lighting panel from yourselves on 15th December and have just got around to dropping you a note to say how pleased we are with it. As advised it was very easy to fit and the lighting is fantastic. I was a bit dubious if it would have the ability to light up the whole room but in fact it needs to be dimmed most of the time. Everyone who has seen it has been amazed and thinks that we must have had someone to fit it for us!!

Now, as a dog walker, one of the pleasures of dark nights is looking in everyones windows to admire lights/tvs etc. so I now have to keep my curtains & blinds open & lights on so I can admire my own room from outside & see the lovely LED’s. As we are so pleased, we are now considering another one and will be looking at ordering in the next few months. Many thanks for a delightful product."
