How to Order

Simply ring our Order Line on 0845 868 3652. We can then answer any questions you might have, organise finish samples, or help you complete your order details. (This is the preferred option for most of our customers.)

Alternatively you can request a brochure and complete our order form. You can then either ring our Order Line above or immediately fax your order form to 0845 868 3607 or post your order to our business address. (Unit 5 Sandyhill Industrial Estate, 42a Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 3LS)

We accept the following credit cards or cheques (made payable to The Exciting Lighting Company Ltd) with an order form.

The current lead-time from order to delivery is 5/6 weeks. There are no hidden costs as all our prices include VAT and delivery for UK Mainland (- there may be modest additional carriage charges for other areas. e.g. Highlands & Islands). Currently, we are only able to supply orders to the UK.
